Operations and Support Specialist with Expertise in Communication

About the Role:
FlowSec is seeking an Operations and Technical Support Specialist with knowledge and experience in communication systems. The ideal candidate will provide technical and operational support to the company’s clients, work with advanced communication systems, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities:
Delivering ongoing technical support to the company’s clients.
Troubleshooting issues related to software, communication systems, and networks.
Analyzing and documenting technical problems, including proposing improvement solutions.
Participating in projects involving the integration of software and communication systems.
Training clients on the company’s solutions.
Monitoring systems and managing exceptional incidents.

Requirements:
Previous experience in technical support and operations for communication systems.
In-depth knowledge of communication protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, VoIP).
Experience with networking equipment from leading companies (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet – an advantage).
Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Wireshark, Nagios).
Experience in LAN/WAN environments.
Basic understanding of programming and system integration – an advantage.
High-level proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
Service-oriented approach, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.

Advantages:
Relevant certifications, such as CCNA/CCNP or similar.
Experience with server environments.
Background in cybersecurity – an advantage.
Experience working with international clients.

Location:
The position is based in the central region.

Job Scope:
Full-time, with availability for additional hours if necessary.
